March 1, 2024 - Helles Rubinrot.

August 19, 2022 - A Medlar lunch (Medlar, London): Dense ruby. A touch of cherry. Nicely rich on the nose, before and after the shake. An attractive blend of earthy Gevrey and red fruited Fourrier gloss. Needs a really good shake. Still a sense of reductive gloss. Some density here. Long and fresh. ****

January 30, 2021 - Not sure with this one. Clearly very young and not ready to drink but I’m just not sure how good it will be in the future. Leave for 5 years and cross your fingers. Pleasant but on this showing not worth what they are charging

January 23, 2021 - Restaurant purchase; beautiful wine; the nose is super expressive with bright red berry fruits, very floral, hints of sauvage and earth; the palate has very good concentration and excellent balance; simply pure pleasure to drink. Lots of upside.

March 3, 2018 - La Paulée de San Francisco - Grand Tasting (The Fairmont - San Francisco CA): Tasting, brief note. All black fruit with good intensity and elegant textures, almost Chambolle-like. There is a lot in reserve here, so cellar for 5+ years for more weight to emerge.
