January 13, 2021 - Oj! Otroligt bra! Ankbröst till den. Luftat i två timmar. Ung men riktigt bra. Vinner absolut på mer ryggläge.
2015 ÄR bra:-)
Jag dristar mig till väldigt höga 93+ på den här!1 person found this helpful Comment -

July 6, 2017 - Ung. Upplever den robust och fruktig. Men samtidigt en aning kort och sluten. Utvecklingspotential? Ja, högst troligt.

March 5, 2017 - During a merchant tasting. Medium garnet. Nose of dark and red fruit, licorice, a touch of game, dark cherry bakery, lovely. Fresh and sappy on the palate, good mid mouth fill. Very nice. 93+

February 8, 2017 - Frederic Esmonin 2015 Tasting + Jap BBQ (Pine Close): Aired in decanter for 2 hours before tasting.
Appearance is clear, medium intensity, purple colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of toast, violets, dark red cherries, black cherries. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), firm grippy medium+ tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of orange peel, dark red cherries, black cherries, sweet spice, licorice, slight cola, mint. Long finish.
Very good quality. Rather well-balanced. Evidently built for at least 4-5 more years of ageing. Ripeness of the 2015 shows, though the terroir of the slightly cooler mesoclimate in Lavaux St. Jacques can be discerned.
