February 17, 2024 - Rieslingfest 2024 (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Kerosene and lime, slight honey, more kerosene on the palate. Ugh

March 8, 2023 - Final bottle. Nice but no fireworks. Seems to be in a bit of a dip/slump, given previous bottles.

November 20, 2020 - Riesling with finesse. Very delicate citrus notes, granny smith apple and thin viscosity. Tastes extremely young and fresh. Some stone fruit and lots of acidity. Lay vertical for another 5-10 years!

    Screwcap

Probably a little more developed then I was expecting also... Drinking exceptionaly well however, Florita is quite apt, there's a lovely very subtle rose/violet sweetness in the background to match the Apple, lemon mineral and slight richness starting to develop...

    Splendid!!

June 27, 2020 - Tasted again, not blind this time. Showing a little more development that I would have expected - Granny Smith apple now quite prominent. Underlying acid is still tight, adding freshness and length. Delicious.
