pretty apple strays to almost unripe pineapple. Juicy, tangy, smidge of sulphur and red apple, fresh herbs lend a tiny amaro note. A little creamy mouth coating lactic note on the finish. Nice.

a little sulphur prickle, smidge of almond meal, tangy apple fruit. In the mouth it's got medium plus acidity with insufficient residual sugar to truly tame it. That sulphur is here as well, muted fruit sits behind this, time will defo help though

Meaty wild ferment over sweet smelling almost candied, non-delineated fruit, a little spice note in support lends interesting. Juicy, tangy, good acid sugar balance; off dry, a little creamy richness on the finish and, again, the fruit is a little non-delineated. Time will help but this is nice.

From half bottle. Pretty, ripe apple, cream, a little apricot, sweet, juicy acid, more obviously botrytised on the palate, a little too sweet and rich for the acid levels.
