May 31, 2017 - Retailer tasting. The wine was dark ruby in colour and had a Merlot-driven profile of dark fruit, blackberry, plum, dark cherry, spices, coffee, dark chocolate and mild vegetal notes, with medium-level acidity and tannin and good length of the vegetal and bitter finish. The medium- to full-bodied wine had good complexity, but was too vegetal and bitter on the finish too provide real pleasure.
