September 8, 2018 - Enjoyable, fairly typical mencia that was more than up to the task of spiced lamb burger. Juciy and chewy, working well on many levels. I got no "nasty plastic note" at all (seeing someone else's note on this wine). Well worth the price and not redundant to other bottles in the cellar.
