February 3, 2017 - Recess: Well, here's a rarity. A really nice showing - lots of savoury earthiness and a touch of rusticity beneath a core of red fruit that's still very fresh and lively, with a bright acid spine giving it lift. There's not a lot of apparent tannin here and the texture is incredibly silky, and it gets more fragrant and layered with air as floral and more savoury earthy/herbal notes emerge. Lovely.
