  September 11, 2023 - PnP. Color is deep ruby with some orange rim. On the nose: mixed berries, vanilla and cola. On the palate: Explosion of mixed berries, cranberry, nice acidity. Length ok. Flavor profile is simple but pleasurable.

  April 13, 2022 - Ruby garnet colored with a tinge of oxidization.
  Plum and berry nose
  Smooth tannins
  Flavors of stewed dark fruit but not unpleasant. Good acidity and nice finish

Decent pizza wine but lacked depth and substance. I haven’t had a Ridge Paso in years. I was expecting something more robust with darker fruits. If all bottles are drinking like this one I suggest to drink up. Slightly better day 2.

  December 17, 2021 - Another great wine from Fridge, great fruit with well-rounded acidity. Drinking great right now. As always ridge suggestions of when it will peek was correct.

  April 3, 2021 - Drank the 2015 and 2016 side-by-side, and the 15 was the clear winner - it had much more depth, whereas the 16 was brighter cherry.
