August 16, 2019 - The first wine from Lafarge's Beaujolais project I've tried. This tastes exactly like Lafarge made a ripe-vintage Beaujolais. It's full of juicy, concentrated, fresh Gamay fruit, with just enough light grippy structure to add an earthy edge. Delicious.

August 12, 2018 - Der wohl dichteste und intensivste Lafarge-Vial aus 2015 und am ehsten ein typischer Vertreter seines Jahrgangs. In der Nase eher dunkle Frucht, Kirsche und schwarze Johannisbeere, mit etwas Zeit kommen florale und komplexe Würznoten, Lakritze. Am Gaumen rund und fast schon vollmundig, bleibt aber elegant. Satte und dabei kühle Frucht, dafür vielleicht nicht ganz so präzise, feines Extrakt, würzig, leicht erdig, wirklich filigranes Tannin im recht langen Abgang. Dürfte noch ein langes Leben vor sich haben.
