April 3, 2024 - Final bottle. Honey gold in color. No evidence of oak in this for me. Tropical notes on the nose and palate, but also a streak of minerality. Still drinking very well.

Tasted non blind.
Yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of matchstick, yellow pear, yellow apple and wet stones. Flavors of lemon spritz, creme fraiche and yellow pears. Medium acidity, medium to full bodied. Drink over the short to medium term. -

November 13, 2020 - Mineral on the nose, honey, green apple, on the palate the acid predominates with a lemon blast and a very long finish. Missing a bit in the mid palate here on PnP, softens a little but on day 2, but similar profile - long acid-based finish remains, 91-92
