November 3, 2019 - Knightsbridge Annual Holiday Burgundy/Champagne Tasting and Sale (Northbrook, IL): Walk around tasting. More black fruit with hints of meat and spice, but just moderate weight and some rugged tannins.

March 27, 2019 - Consumed over two days (vacuvined), note from day 2. Nose: Medium expressiveness, cranberry, soy, and forest floor. Palate: Medium bodied, slightly tart dark red fruit - cranberry - attack, good acidic balance, wild game notes appear thru the mid-palate with the persistent fruit, earthiness and hints of smoke appear in the back-end and linger through a medium length, 30-45 second, finish. Quite subtle, but very enjoyable.

February 1, 2019 - Really sweet fruited on opening. Good balance and light bodied though perhaps lacks the depth I was hoping for. A good village wine that veers toward the sweet red fruit/spices side of things.

Day 2: Puts on more depth on both the nose and palate, more complexity and earthiness. I like this a lot more now. A wine that could use more time.

November 18, 2018 - Wine Tasting Group - Burgundy - Nov. 18, 2018 (Classic Wine Storage, Dallas, TX): Barnyard aromas that lessens with time and air in the glass. Also has some smoke and herbs with hints of red fruit. Palate had a creamy but lithe texture with mild tannins on the midpalate. Flavors of cherries, bark and herbs. A pretty wine.

November 11, 2018 - Knightsbridge Annual Holiday Burgundy/Champagne Tasting and Sale (Northbrook, IL): Tasted twice, two hours apart, brief note. At first, very reduced, impossible to assess. Second tasting was nicely charming with plenty of red fruit, braised meat and moderate weight. Interesting finesse on finish.
