June 2, 2023 - This is very nice and drinking well now. Good acidity, really nice fruit but not overly. Decanted for an hour and we finished the bottle with our steak dinner between the two of us. I don’t think it will improve more with time so I will probably drink the remaining bottle within the year.

March 2, 2023 - Last tasted two years ago and not much has changed since then. This bottle did initially open with a distinct rubbery note that blew off over time.
Color/App: light/translucent ruby core -> diffuse ruby rim. Bright, effusive bouquet of Bing cherries, cranberries. Fruit-forward palate of pomegranate, cherries and spice still. Great acidity & body and varietally correct. A very nice, solid Pinot for the price IMHO. Delicious still and still no reason to wait. -

August 5, 2022 - Has (surprisingly) bulked up a bit from its previous 'slightly light' profile, tastes like a Volnay village wine from a great year rather than a specific fruit

August 3, 2021 - Good density for a Bourgogne. Tasty. Tastes like it's villages but halfway between NSG and Gevrey with Volnay texture.

Reminiscent of (oh no, don't go there!) a really fine California Pinot, albeit at a fraction of the price. Great acidity & body and varietally correct, this punches well above its weight class and price to my mind. Delicious now and no reason to wait.
