August 27, 2020 - Medium gold. Oxidative nose with ripe citrus fruit, honey and dried herbs. Medium bodied with balancing acidity, viscous and round with good depth of flavour again with ripe citrus dominating but with less oxidative deleting vs the nise. Good length. One more bottle to go, I think I should be drinking it sooner than later.
edit: tried it after 6 hours and the wine is more expressive and has now become more complex with scents of garrigue and rosemary peeking through....paired well with sardines. -

Crunchy, ripe citrus, lemon, the palate is round, a bit astringent, nice acidity, med body and finish -

May 27, 2017 - Tasted at the winery. Coming from a single parcel with Santorini-like yields. Skin contact for 10days. Medium straw. Ripe stone fruit, orange zest, dried herbs, mint. Rich mouth it not heavy or over the top, lovely creamy texture, savoury notes, herbs ginger and some mild tannins towards the end. Long finish. Lovely. This should improve significantly with time. 90-91
