  De la bodeguita de mis padres. Un vino con cinco años que aunque se ha suavizado algo no deja de notarse una CS que empuja con fuerza con sus aromas a fruta negra. La madera también está muy presente, tanto en nariz como en boca.
  La carnosidad de la Shiraz apenas se deja notar. Un vino corto y muy predecible. Como casi todas las mezclas de CS y Shiraz. Una combinación absurda. Viene de Alicante o de dónde sea.
