  May 3, 2024 - Rather underwhelmed. Seems like fruit notes are fading, leaving a morass of dark indistinct flavors. There are other “heavy” Fleuries that I think are better — Anne Sophie Dubois’s Les Lubarons and L’Alchimiste come to mind.

  December 2, 2023 - From night two. On night one, this was just a bit surly and angry at being woken up from its nap. 24 hours later, it's a bit more open, still tight and a little ungiving, but fairly drinkable if tolerant of a little structure. There's a fair amount of vegetal-ly green stuff all over this wine, on the nose, on the palate, but it's moderate, and adds to the classic nature of this vintage. Darker red plum fruit, quite a bit of mineral and slightly astringent, chalky tannin. Better with food for sure. I'd advise hiding away for another couple of years to soften up just a bit more, when it will be deliciously classic.

  November 23, 2023 - Drank during Thanksgiving dinner. Probably a bit past its prime, but still quite an enjoyable. An earthy wine, with faded red fruits, and fully resolved tannins. No detailed notes, just enjoyment and a great meal.
