April 29, 2015 - Burnished black cherries and a very prominent nose of dried raisins. Medium plus body and surprisingly medium plus acidity, black olive character, dark fruit and a touch of chocolate. Ripe style, but in a restrained way.

December 5, 2013 - For me too hot and full of sun-dried and sun-stressed aromas. Wasn't the big problem for. My problem was the overall over-smooth and faceless character of the wine. No real Toscana feeling at all.
However the actual wine was okay.

June 23, 2013 - Same fried sunflower seed notes as in luppicaia 03. Good structure, acidity. Great wine. Great value for money

    February 12, 2012 - Very Very good.
    Great nose and complexity.
Had it with an osso buco and it was great. (1.5 hrs of air time).

    July 16, 2011 - Dark colored
Dried prunes and cherries on the nose with some herbs (rosemary?)
    Very good nose.
Tannins are very present but not overwhelming at all. It has been decanted though.
Long finish where some wood torrefation notes are present( still very elegant) caramel and coffee
This IGT is great. Very good match of Italian and new world approaches.
    For me a solid 91
