March 30, 2018 - 12.5% - Clear, pale & light lemon / clean, med to low intensity - green apple, gooseberry, light citrus, herbaceous / dry, high acidity, med to light body, med intensity, med length. Improved two days after opening, remains at its best with a soft goat cheese.

February 8, 2018 - This is a very solid and enjoyable Sancerre with classic styling. The nose has classic grass/hay notes, definite pyrazine notes, lemon zest and a hint of grapefruit. The palate is very crisp and energetic. Solid depth and a nice finish. Very solid.
