September 18, 2022 - Starts sweet, then acidity comes. Well balanced. Drank with spicy food, a good fit.

June 19, 2019 - Women Winemakers of Austria & Germany (Plum Market - Chicago IL): Walk around tasting talking with the producers, brief note. Apple and Meyer lemon with some candied lemon peel, but less overt sweetness than I expect from Spätlese, but Laura said the RS is analytically there. Bright and energetic with very good length and balance. Good now, clearly with cellar upside. Fantastic bargain wine.

June 19, 2019 - Women Winemakers of Austria & Germany at Plum Market (Chicago, IL): At a price point half of Dönnhoff's, this is just a steal. Beautiful acids framed with delicate white fruit and an intense core of minerality. This feels a little lighter on its feet, with the acidity giving this more freshness and lift. Very old school, in that there's no sign of Prädikat creep here at all.
