BRITT friendly wine to start the evening off.
    Lime flesh-colored wine. Mercurial.
Loads of yellow apples, some petrol and match stick.
Great acidity. Loads of yellow apples, aome ripe stone fruit.. Tastes like the nose. Effervescence has dissipated.

    An excellent, easy sipping wine.

November 10, 2023 - Classic GH. A hallmark of the Prum estate, this '16 was far better than last time (2019ish?). Laid down for several years, this arrived directly from the Estate, and opened with a nose that was distinguishly Graacher Himmelreich, full of rubber and orchards, juice that could have only been sourced from deep in the Mosel. High strung, round alpine minerality and fantastically forward petrol and fruit bouquets guided us through 2 excellent Korean BBQ dishes. Acid not abundant, but enough to strike a chord and echo with the spiciness of the dishes. Wish I had more. Years and years ahead. Drank @ Buk Chon in Old City, Philadelphia.

May 22, 2023 - A Britt day (she loves Spätlese)

    Bright golden colored
    Honey, stone fruit, petroleum,
Subtle, nuanced, well structured wine. Medium plus finish. Really good wine. Case worthy, and will last forever.

    Grilled hot dogs

November 26, 2022 - Aromas of honey and petroleum, with lemon and apricot on the palate. A bit too sweet for me by itself, but better with food.

May 22, 2022 - Remains pale; lovely typicité. Very enjoyable now, well balanced, deft sweetness. A thoroughbred.
