September 27, 2022 - Super fine, soft bubbles. Pillowy mouthfeel. Super easy to drink but not at all uninteresting. Really nicely-balanced acidity.

April 11, 2022 - Superbe Vin tout en fraîcheur, des saveurs franches et intenses, fruits blancs surtout, des bulles fines et assez crémeux tout en ayant une belle droiture. Quel équilibre. 92-93

Superb Champagne, clean, crisp flavors or white fruit especially, tight bubbles, a certain creamyness while displaying a nicely structured acidity, great balance.

December 25, 2019 - Beau Champagne avec fraîcheur, richesse, acidité vive, bien dosé et une belle profondeur. Longueur plus qu’appréciable en plus.

December 14, 2019 - Lutefisk and BYO: Blind. Reductive on the nose, smoke and matchstick, citrus; fresh, good grip, tight, some bitterness in the finish. Promising.

December 5, 2019 - Perman Champagne Night (Perman Wines, Chicago IL): Nose: The nose is extremely aromatic and deep, filling the glass with crushed rocks, stone fruits, peaches, pears, apples, white fruits, saline, ginger, dough, and biscuit tones. There is so much going on already and it takes a few goes to let everything sink in.

Taste: The feel is Medium bodied with razor sharp, high acidity. The feel is poised and deep with crushed rocks, stone fruits, ginger, peaches, pears, apples saline, and biscuits.

Overall: This is a killer, young bottle. There is plenty of room for this to grow and it is starting off from a very strong place.
