    January 1, 2024 - Tasted over 3 hrs
    -translucent med gold
    -nutty petrol sharp quinine
-med acidity, med weight but somewhat lackluster concentration nutty faint lemon finish has some condensed minerality and a bit of butterscotch oak
-quite mature but not excessively oxidized, depth and complexity disappointing for the site

August 21, 2022 - Rich and tasty, but very mature. Previous bottles from last year were better, so drink up.

October 27, 2021 - All oak this time. Enjoyed it much more in the past…

September 12, 2021 - Also darker than I’d expect at this age, this has good depth and mineral textures, alongside the poached pear and almond bitter character. Better than another bottle from the same case opened a few weeks ago. Best to enjoy over the next few years.

August 12, 2021 - Perrieres Tasting (Chez Winefool): A peculiar nose with lots of herb and potpourri spice intermixed with orchard fruit. Dense palate but a bit one note and heavy.
