  Maybe I just favor the Bdb more... Preferred the Cramant Bdb or Chartogne Taillot St. Anne Cuvee over the Mousse Fils.

  December 31, 2019 - In the glass this had controlled, yet lively bubbles that work their way up to the surface of this pale gold wine.
  
  In the nose, you are hit with a the smell of crisp green apples - like the smell of them just being cut. This plays in front of honey, honeydew, and a saline smell that actually made us think of a wet slate walkway after a summer rain - I swear I’m not trying to be poetic.
  TL;DR? It smells outstanding.
  
  On the palate it is crisp, and calls back those green apple, honey, and mineral notes. A longish, pleasant finish makes this thoroughly drinkable.
  
  An excellent NV champagne.

  April 19, 2019 - Light golden, crisp, clean, citrus, and nice depth. Excellent QPR. Not Bollinger but these have all been good bubbles.
