March 13, 2018 - An airborne dinner (British Airways flight BA0005, LHR-NRT): Soft but fresh, apple and juicy pear, light and gentle, nice minerality on the nose, supple and friendly, subtle bitters, light finish with some nice ripe orange notes. Easy drinking, pleasant style.
