Blue fruit that does not end, excellent acidity, a mineral edge, and broad, substantial tannins. Dynamic and expressive young with perfect ripeness of fruit and a polished civility that allows enjoyment now despite the impressive structure. Fantastic wine that will last for decades and just stunning now-this is not your grandpa’s Cornas!!

  May 5, 2023 - Very dark and earthy upon opening but not shut down. With time in carafe / glass & swirling intense pure dark fruit, ferrous & violet notes. Incredibly deep with a strong sense of place. Needed and went well with hearty food.
  This was very fairly priced at the excellent Bistro / Restaurant Quedubon in Paris and don't regret trying it, although I'd recommend holding if I had any in the cellar. An interesting contrast to a M.Barret Brisse Cailloux the night before. 93 / 94 for now, but +++ with more time in bottle
