August 4, 2023 - Straw yellow golden colour. Wax, ripe apples and citrus with hints of minerals on the nose. Taste of fresh ripe apples and minerals. Dry finish with hints of minerals and a good length. A good Muscadet that goes well with shellfish and fish.
