October 22, 2023 - Fruits rouges, épices, tout en fraîcheur et en finesse avec une belle vivacité en bouche. 90-91

February 23, 2023 - Fresh and lively style with crushed red fruit and long finish. Not that compolex, but lovely style that we always appreciate.
pop and pour, which was a good idea. It developed nicely for a couple of hours. As always the last glass was the best.

June 30, 2022 - Ça pinote, bombe de fruits rouges, aromatique et parfumé, frais, belle acidité, tannins soyeux, ça se boit tout seul. Super bien. 91-92

Very expressive and perfumed, tons of red fruit, classic Ramonet red.

May 22, 2022 - Bright and elegant with brambly fruit and some fine tannins. Fairly simple but quite exuberant. Gone in a flash.

December 21, 2021 - New World Pinot Noir theme lunch at SSG. Tasted blind. Drank in Grassl Cru.
Guessed correctly as the Burg ringer.
Appearance is cler, very pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of stemmy spice + sap, red fruits, earth + mineral background. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%), medium tannins, medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of crunchy red cherries, sweet red plum, stony minerality + some earth, light stemmy spice. Sneaky long finish.
Very good quality. Very good Village Chassagne! QPR is actually good, considering it is Burgundy and from a good producer. Quite ready to drink already, and can also develop.
