  December 12, 2020 - Weird place , tasted like a very light scotch , no harshness that u might usually get with turned wine.After 3 hours the wine became more sour , nose became more apple. When people talk about wine being a living thing , this is an example of that. I drank a bottle 12+ months ago its was more enjoyable. This has its place though.
