Full on fragrant, ripe stone fruit, ripe citrus, yeast, vanilla notes, pastry, almond, some sugar-coated notes
Palate shows fresh citrus notes, great carbonation, lively, zesty, med body, mouth-watering, long finish.
Beautiful on its own, would pair nicely with all shorts of food, ceviche, salads, fish

Palate is beautiful, tight, lemon, citrus, med to full body, expansive, citrus notes, very powerful, fruit with a few overripe notes, beautiful and still quite fresh

Hunter Valley, best old vineyards, sandy free draining soils, the oldest blocks planted 1923, stainless steel fermentation, bottled early to maintain freshness, picked at low Beaume (10-11), minimal handling, 11%

Bright, low intensity in the nose, reserved but layered, you can feel tension rising with each minute in the glass
Palate is tight, high acidity, med body, citrus, lime, very fresh, smooth which is amazing for such a young Vat 1, long finish
With time you also get some ripe fruit flavors, and its famous flinty/smoked notes

Palate shows full body, high intensity, high acidity, fresh citrus notes, full body, ripeness, long finish, tight.
The wine shows depth, structure, depth, still an infant, with time you get some beautiful tea/chamomile notes adding freshness

Very different in style, full on oaky, tight, flinty, the fruit lies in the back, layered.
Great texture, fine oak with full body, high intensity, high acidity, citrus, grapefruit, beautiful, layered, long finish.
The wine is still very fresh

2019 Alheit Vineyards Hanepoot Lost & Found Gevonden South Africa, Breede River Valley, Breedekloof
Gevonden Vineyard, the oldest commercially productive vineyard in South Africa, dating pre-1900, alluvial sand and loam over river stones, 100% bush vines, Muscat d’ Alexandrie, 5300 bottles, 7.19%, 450gr RS, TA 8.5g/lt, pH 3.83.
Grapes spread on wooden racks on shade cloth for 2 weeks, pressed for 5 days, the fermentation went for more than a year. This is an one off wine, last vintage worked by the family than owned the vineyard for 6 generations.

The wine is very dense, full on overripe, muscat, floral notes, high intensity, overripe stone fruit and tropical fruit, syrup, honey
Palate is very sweet, mango, poached pear, spice, luscious, high acidity, floral notes again showing like rose petal liqueur, apple notes, grape syrup, raisin notes, pick grapefruit concentrate, orange concentrate, long finish.

N.V. Mullineux Chenin Blanc Olerasay N° 2 South Africa, Coastal Region, Swartland
Chenin blanc solera (2008-2019), old vine chenin blanc, from stony schist based soil of Kasteelberg and decomposed granite based soils of Paardeberg. Each yeast since 2008 one or two barrels are held back for the solera.
The grapes are dried outdoors, 2-3 weeks, 10% yield meaning 1000 kg of grapes will yield just 100lt, 2 days of slow pressing, 10 months fermentation, 8.5%, 331gr RS

Palate as electrifying as ever, high acidity, great depth and structure, layered, mango, stone fruit, peach, apricot, spice, luscious body, insane intensity and length, outstanding quality.
The wine shows its divine face again, greatest dessert wine ever !!
