April 28, 2023 - Bienvenue a Champagne; 4/20/2023-4/29/2023 (Les Crayeres, various restaurants, Les Avises and a many wonderful producers): Not a producer we were familiar with but a pretty standard and decent burgundy. Well priced. Went well with the meat which appreciated the slightly more austere style.
