March 5, 2021 - Decanted 1/2h, lots of sediment. Very young, purple rim, spicy herbs notes dominant nose, firm structure. Lots of concenttation in the fruit and long taste. I would leave this half a decade before next bottle, way too young.

Ma déception du souper du réveillon.
Un producteur qui n'était pas disponible dans mon séjour dans le Priorat.
Carafé 1 heure, je l'ai trouvé fermé à double tour au nez.
Bouche avec une super texture mais muet.
J'en ai une autre qui va devoir respirer encore plus et être dégustée avec plus d'attention, mais pas de wow pour ce prodcteur sur fois d'une seule expérience.

Glas: Stölzle white wine
100% Carignan, very old vines. Intense, glass coating color. A bit fresher than the 2015 VV. Needs 10+ years, but has great potential. 94++ -

Höfugur ilmur. Síðan á tungunni. Brenndir tónar. Súkkulaðihjúpuð cantaloupe melóna. Bragðið er frekar þunnt. Mikill ferskleiki. Virkilega, virkilega gott vín.
