  November 12, 2020 - Very very faint gold color. One of the lightest Sauvignon Blancs I’ve ever seen. Nose is fragrant with scents of flowers, lemon, lime, honeycomb, and melon. Second nose opens up even more with the same scents. Stronger melon and some pear. Very light but good flavor. Finishes slightly sweet with a bit of dryness.

  August 16, 2019 - Some Wine Tasted During the Chicago Air & Water Show Warm-ups (Montrose Harbor - Chicago IL): Small glass, brief note. Too ripe, too grassy without the bright charm I like in leaner, brighter Sauv Blanc.
