November 17, 2023 - Ruddy garnet with faint brick hue. Sultry and seductive nose of sous bois and dark fruits; light to medium-bodied, persistent midpalate orb of blackberry, minerals and sous bois, al dente fine-boned tannins and a discreet acid spine draws through the palate. Wonderful - one and only bottle, professionally cellared since release - wish I had more of these to see how it would continue to evolve.

November 5, 2022 - Red cherry, raspberry and mineral notes; high flowery note. Intense sweet ripe cherry on the palate, decent acidity is just enough to offset the fruit; quite intense for Musigny; leads to a long finish, ready now and would not wait too lingering.

January 18, 2021 - Disappointing. Mostly minerals. Fruit largely gone, just hints of tart cherries, currants. Astringent finish.

December 31, 2020 - Medium-fullish nose of raspberry, strawberry, dried herbs and oak. Some minerality. After a while some Indish spices as well. Quite developed, almost mature.
Medium body, delicate impression. Elegant raspberry, Chambolle fruit. But also rather harsh tannins. Dried fruit. Too advanced, lacking in fruit and complexity given the vintage and the vineyard. Not for further cellaring.

September 13, 2019 - It's a very good Burgundy. Served in a Zalto Burgundy glass. Big, rich in flavour and tasty. My big issue (and therefore 90 points) is an overdose of vanille. Sweet vanille on the nose, sweet smooth present vanilla on the palate. Not now... But this wine has a long future ahead and I have four bottles left... Maybe I like it more in some years time.
