June 2, 2018 - Flashing Paris; 5/31/2018-6/3/2018 (Paris - France): Smells like ripped plums and humid earth adding notes of violets and anisette from pastry. Pretty dense, almost oily on the palate. Quite long with a nice acidity. An unexpected sweet final note soft this wine. Le patron confessed me it is his favorite among the present wine list at Le Baron Rouge.
