March 19, 2024 - Somewhat translucent red. Lifted, dried rose hips, and unlit cigar on the nose. Light bodied. Fresh tasting. Really damn good if this is your thing. It is my thing. Also: still quite good the next day, which is unusual for me.

February 17, 2024 - Finally opened this up at an Italian dinner.
Decanted and opened up over the course of two hours. It just got better over time. Started to become more fruity over time. Paired well with polenta. A tiny notch below the Sassella.
