  June 13, 2020 - drinking very well. strong cherry fruit, some earth, oak and leather. I know that this is very old for a Gamay, but it is quite good now.

  March 8, 2012 - Significant tannin smooths out with air. Black cherry and boysenberry fruit with a nice undercurrent of minerals. The long, juicy finish picks up some spice. Body is on the lighter side, as is to be expected with Cru Beaujolais. An enjoyable wine that seems to have some upside and is even better with a full meal.

  March 4, 2011 - Medium ruby; expressive nose red fruits; medium-bodied, mellow, rounded, beautifully balanced. Classy and elegant. This has opened up over the last year or two and there is now no hint of tannin. Fully mature and at its peak. Consistent notes. Estimated maturity: 2008-2013
