January 1, 2024 - 2023 New Years Eve: There is a briny funky minerality to this wine that is awesome. It reminds me of a Fevre Bougros in that way. But the palate is not chablis at all, although it is a restrained chardonnay with lime and white flowers.

December 31, 2023 - New Years Eve (Rocknroller's (Kevin & Vicki's Place)): Light gold color. Drank a glass over an hour. This was smokin' good, and I loved it. Bright, very elegant, fresh sea air, green apple, and praire grass. The palate is medium bodied, bright and filled with tart green apple, grass, and tons of dry extract, long and intnense. 93+ to 94pts.

December 31, 2023 - 2023 New Years Eve Celebration! (Kevin's House): I love these Chardonnays, although I don't get to drink them often enough! This is truly a new world Chardonnay that could pass for old world! It has everything you would expect in a Burgundy Chardonnay, i.e, very nice acidity and terroir driven!

The nose shows some grassy notes, some funk and some sea shell. The palate is lively with plenty of lime and other citrus, tart green apple and loads of minerality in the form of chalk, oyster shell and steely notes. 93+ to 94. Giving this wine the love it deserves!

November 16, 2023 - Took to a local BYOB. This wine is mineral and citrus drive. Some people may like it but it is definitely not my style of chardonnay.

January 8, 2022 - Goodness this was unexpected. So many New World Chards claim to be Burgundian and are not. This is a dead ringer for Chablis, very citrus rind and acid driven, mineral tones, and also phenolic and still young. As it opens, shows hint of mushroom and round fruit. Should have saved this bottle for 5+ more years.
