November 5, 2022 - Rhone Birthday 2022; 11/4/2022-11/6/2022: New wine and producer for me. This is dense and concentrated, and has a little lavish oak influence on the nose. Palate is rather smooth and lush, quite smooth with more olive and spice than pepper. Grilled meat note on the lengthy finish where some back pepper notes pop through.

September 22, 2022 - Huge nose of roasted aged angusbeef, Loads of ripe black fruit, hint of vanilla… WOW huge concentration of black sappy fruit, completely integrated and super silky tannin, lenght of 60 sec.
