  July 8, 2023 - France Trip; 6/29/2023-7/10/2023 (France (Paris, Burgundy, & Champagne)): Tasted as a glass
  90/10% Pinot noir / Chardonnay
  Less minerality than some other champagnes. Less bite, likely due to more PN.
  Not getting the bubbles, possibly because the bottle was open already so might be flatter than it should be
  Nothing bad here outside the lack of carbonation
  I actually enjoyed it but know it has little carbonation if that’s the style
  Nothing overly complex though
  
  Would want to try a fresh bottle to see what I may or may not have missed here

  December 2, 2018 - Some more Sunday wines (Chicago, IL): Lots and lots of earth on the nose here. Feels a little yeasty and autolytic too. Palate is simple, and there's a lot of bready qualities as well. As far as champagnes go, perhaps a touch on the flabby side for me.
