June 4, 2022 - Q2 2022 Wine Club: Grower Champagne (The Apt): Wine #7: Bit of sweet and stone fruits and bright in style. It's interesting and generally drinks pretty well. This was one I went back to revisit. Would not have guessed it was one of the older wines. (5 pennies)

November 6, 2015 - Tasted at Papa's Champagne tasting. Smoke, toast. Medium acidity. Light finish.

This looks like it might be an older champagne but I've been fooled before so I'm hesitant to take a stab based on the medium plus tarnished gold color. The nose smells "foamy" if that's even possible with plenty of sour dough bread. The attack is tart, green apple, and bright. Medium plus weight but the mouthfeel is light and fluffy. Red apple owns the long finish. This is an excellent wine, has something for everyone. One of my favorites.

July 25, 2015 - Right out of the chute, I made a connection to this. Leaner apple, bright acidity and lemon. Minerally. As it warmed up, it took on a more sweeter apple and became a touch more generous and less chiseled.

December 16, 2013 - Je n'ai pas pris de notes mais j'en ai un excellent souvenir, le rapport qualité prix reste discutable mais la superbe qualité intrinsèque est indéniable
