December 31, 2013 - New Year's Eve in Aveiro - Portugal (Marcia's Home): Bad starting cause that low quality cork.
Nedding some time to blow up. Then complex nose of meat, earth, varnish and black truffles is shown.
On the palate it is a delicate, silky wine with an elegant texture and finish.
Modern? Could be but at this point, absolutely delicious matching a sucking pig.

December 25, 2011 - Very nice right out of the bottle. My only one. Not particularly deep but no hard edges and a nice complement to short ribs on Christmas day. Was gone before we knew it.
