July 26, 2020 - Sweet slightly tropical aroma, with understated Minerality and acid. Not a particularly long finish. Had with Korean food and some very stinky cheese. Paired pretty well with both!

February 28, 2020 - At first sip it reminded me a Roero Arneis fom Piedmont with tropical nose yet mineral elegance. Very good complexity and longevity after being uncorked.

October 24, 2019 - Plum Market Luxury Tasting (Bad Hunter - Chicago IL): Walk around tasting. Sweet hints and richness on nose. Rich but clearly dry on palate with good weight for its level. Good now, probably better in another year.

October 24, 2019 - Plum Market Fall Luxury Tasting (Chicago, IL): Sweet fruit on the nose, with some of the bubbly youthful fruit thing going on still. The palate is fairly rich and shows a good vein of acidity. It's a little heavier than I'd like for riesling though.
