January 6, 2024 - Disembarking and Liberating Paris once again from Fear & Hypocrisy; 1/4/2024-1/6/2024 (Paris - France): Another demonstration that the winemaker is the most important factor in elaborating a good wine, even in Burgundy. Supreme elegance on the nose with notes of red berry cake that cools on the sill. The palate is elegant, balanced, with the correct acidity and a length that many would like. Undoubtedly the seal of Meo Camuzet. I’d really like to refill my modest cellar with bottles like this one. Finesse.

Finura.

October 9, 2022 - Opened but did not decant. Light, cloudy, crimson-ruby color. The expressive nose brought lots of candied cherries, grapes, and blueberries with cherry blossoms, violets, potpourri, and minerals. The palate is medium-light, round, crunchy, and tart, bringing a muddled wave of tangy pomegranate and orange peel mixed with blackberries, baked rhubarb, wood smoke, and blueberries into a refined finish. The frame is definitely here but the palate is still coming together. I also found this very sweet on opening but it balanced out over 3+ hours of air. This should be best 2024-2031. Technical score: 92. Enjoyment score: 90.

May 31, 2021 - Like this wine. Medium Garnet, dark cherry nose, medium mouth weight with black sour cherry fruit, medium + tannin and ample acid. Drinking well now and good 5+ year future. Another Kermit Lynch winner.
