August 20, 2019 - Dinner at Galit (Chicago, IL): We ordered this thinking the assyrtiko and malagouzia would give us a bright crisp wine; this isn't that. It's a much richer wine, showing a slight caramel hint, and some floral skin contact flavours as well. Nonetheless, pleasant enough to drink, but we were looking for something a fair bit racier.
