Community Tasting Notes 2

  • Neecies Likes this wine:

September 29, 2019 - Very impressive dry rose, complex and full-bodied with good acidity and no trace of alcohol on the finish (a reference to Livermore Valley origins, where high alcohol's often a problem). Only negative is that retail's over $30.

June 15, 2019 - Small SGWS Tasting: Daily Drinkers (Eagle Brook Country Club): Retailer tasting. Notes of strawberry and carnation blooms. Strawberry and melon on the palate; crisp underlying acidity. Very nice. Counoise (about 40%) along with grenache and mourvedre. 89+ pts.
