March 16, 2022 - LRD Ladies - Meursault 2017 Dinner (Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck - Asia Square): Pale lemon, with slight green hue and daybright, and fairly viscous. Nose dominated by vanilla and nutmeg, as well as some ripe apricot and pineapple. Bright acids providing a lift, whist otherwise having tons of vanilla and cinnamon, loads of wet rocks and briny minerality, and ripe peaches. Quite edgy, lengthy, and seemingly a very generous use of French oak

September 29, 2020 - Pierre Morey vertical 1989-2017 (Singapore/Zoom): First nose here that shows greatness with match stick, acacia, lemon curd. Broad shouldered acidity. Long and precise. Young but will be grand.
