  June 14, 2020 - Appearance: medium lemon, some green and gold highlights, medium tearing, no gas nor sediment.
  
  Nose: clean, developing, medium+ intensity, lemon, lime, green apple, green melon, yellow apple, salty minerality, sea spray, citrus leaf, chamomile, bread dough, almond, dried apple, preserved lemon, honey.
  
  Palate: dry, medium+ acid, medium+ alcohol (13.5%), medium+ body, medium+ intensity, long finish, lemon, lime, green apple, green melon, salty minerality, sea spray, citrus leaf, chamomile, olive oil, bread dough, almond, dried apple, preserved lemon, honey.
  
  Overall: A concentrated Italian white showing some nice tertiary development of dried fruits, almond, and honey notes; but still primarily driven by citrus and salty minerality. It has some good body, but still a lot of acidity to keep it fresh. This has the structure and flavor intensity to age a few more years easily, and I'd imagine it only getting better from here. Really nice!
