February 12, 2024 - Nose is lightly floral. Palate also light flowers, grapes and ? Apple.
Great with turkey & gravy, mashed potatoes with gravy, and peas.
2/19/24 - Had the rest of the bottle today with potato soup and cranberry muffins. Completely delicious. -

Palate - light, crisp, hints of apple, facing hints spice. Lovely with grilled cheese sandwiches and a pickle.

July 19, 2023 - Nose is light and floral. Palate has light floral notes with a nice balance of mineral and the light acidity. paired with a dinner of corn on the cob, fried okra, fresh, sliced tomatoes, and potato patties. Was delicious and very enjoyable.

February 8, 2023 - Medium gold in colour with slightly restrained aromas of apricot/peach & a hint floral.
On the palate, medium bodied citrus/lemon, stone fruit, apricot/peach, hint floral, biscuit, slightly creamy mouthfeel, high acidity with a long finish to lemon peel & a saline, chalky minerality.
Very enjoyable, well crafted wine! -

October 28, 2021 - We had this with some of my Quatsino Sound Albacore Tuna. Served with tuna belly cevichi and then with seared tuna. Wine matched excellent with the seared tuna/ wasabi/ soy/ sesame seed. Not as good a match with the cevichi/ hint of jalapeno.
