  January 27, 2022 - First time trying the Collio Friulano (white label) and while I don't score for me this would be scored much higher than the 89 points from the previous reviewers. Opens more with a bit of time in the glass - this is a rounder, richer wine than the Collio Bianco which has more acidity and bite, but this has its own pleasures. Some tones of honey and nuts, delicately balanced with nice energy. Just lovely to drink - if I scored this would be more of 93/94 for me.

  January 29, 2021 - Clean, subtle, gentle, refined, elegant. Those adjectives come to mind on tasting this lightly coloured wine. There is a delicate balance of fruity flavours - ripe green apple, yellow plum, grapefruit - with the associated acids and refreshing minerality, the latter perhaps the hallmark of the producer. This is soft without excessive sweetness, acidic without harshness, the gentle nature emphasised by a hint of vanilla. Sufficiently intense, it lacks abundant expressiveness. For true excellence it is too modest.
