Rotondo, solare e fragrante. Abboccato, si avverte il dosaggio, ammicca e istiga la beva. Non pulitissimo, un pò di gas e gomma pane. Per nulla scontato, ha una bella parte di mandarino e buccia di agrumi. Poi carne di pollo e formaggio. Bocca filante, delicata e molto coerente con il naso. Gustoso, bel equilibrato tra sale e acidità. Beva compulsiva, va giù come l' acqua. Non complesso, a non gli manca nulla. Buono, l' aperitivo perfetto.
