September 9, 2023 - 2017 Chassange Montrachet Rouge Blind: Tasted blind. Can guess easily that this is a Burgundy red with typical red fruits, red cherry and strawberry. Medium finish, medium acidity and medium tannin. Tannin is fine. Just entered drinking window. Will improve with ageing. Still youthful. Guess that its a village as I tasted it blind.

December 9, 2022 - Walk around tasting. Easy and forward red fruit with tannic hints, but alll quite well balanced for near-term enjoyment.

Red fruit with a slight tangy feel to them, touch spicy, fresh and drinks well, simple but good.

September 14, 2022 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS September 2022; Chassagne Montrachet (By VD): In the bouquet strawberries, mushrooms, impressions of metal and cheese? On the palate red berries, minerals, earth, good acidity and slightly sticky tannin. Overall; elegance, finesse and some length.
